Remote Backup – It Can Save Your Company

The process of storing a copy of your data, software, and programs on a remote destination for security purposes is known as remote backup. In essence, the backup is intended for the protection of your files. What is the use of a backup if data can’t be recovered when needed? Studies have shown that computer breakdown have drastically increased because of the influx of different virus infections. The only thing you can do to save yourself from headaches when you encounter such is to have a reliable, safe, timely, storage space saving, and user-friendly backup software. If you are looking for one that has all of these features, the answer is Druva InSynch backup software.

It will be a great relief to go for backup software that does the process automatically. It should possess the critical points necessary in order to make a remote backup feasible and successful. Druva InSynch is very easy to use and manipulate. Point-in-time-restore is another distinctive feature of this backup program allowing users to view a timeline associated with the backup data which can help recover any data from the past. Additionally, it always checks for any change that has transpired within the computers on your network. Whenever there is activity, it automatically does the backup without users even noticing it. This remote backup solution also has what it takes to become the most secured backup software available: a client-triggered structural backup and an automatic data encryption as files are processed and stored on a strong 256-bit network.

The configuration of Druva Backup software can very well be manipulated by the administrator according to specific setup requirements since it enables central management. The administrator can set the necessary files to be backed up, assign the remote backup location, in this case to a server, and limit the bandwidth of each client by allocating a certain amount of bandwidth to be used. The highlight of this backup software is the patent-pending data deduplication feature that allows saving “only a single copy” of files or data that normally have many duplicates. This definitely makes the backup process a lot faster than usual. Moreover, data deduplication reduces storage space and bandwidth usage up to 90 %!

Industrial painting is a type of commercial painting. Contractors who provide these services use special coatings made for metal and other industrial surfaces. Among the most common forms of this painting job are water towers and factory tools.

Professionals do most of this type of work. It is important that appropriate supplies are used and that the process is properly executed. For instance, some industrial buildings should have a specific chemicals to be combined for the paint. If certain building regulations are ignored, they might lead to accidents and injuries.

Trained painters can apply coatings to wood, steel, concrete, and iron. They cover panels for sound purposes, paint factory walls for safety, and cover the outside of industrial warehouses for long-lasting protection against weather.

Some contractors who provide these services also paint safety signs directly onto building walls or floors. This helps companies keep employees safe and comply with OSHA regulations.

Modern art and creative decorations can turn those crayon scrawled walls to create kids wall art. The use of framed packing paper or the addition of whiteboard paneling can save your home from colorful destruction.

A brown packing paper from the office supply store can do the creativity without having to ruin your walls. This can be hung on large poster frames without the glass or plastic cover. The entire room can be filled with this to create a half paneling where children can do their art. Replacing the paper can also be as easy when needed.

For less permanent art panels, white board posters can be attached throughout the room. These panels can be compared to a poster board with regards to thinness, and they have a dry erase surface. Children can color, erase, and color again. When opting for this choice, make sure your children is not too young to be harmed by the dry erase markers. While your children can enjoy the way they decorate their room through their work of art, you can stay happy knowing they only do it on allowed places.

Natural Holistic Remedies For Anxiety, Stress And Depression Alternatives to Prozac, Valium & Ritalin

NATURAL ALTERNATIVES to PROZAC, VALIUM & RITALIN

There are so many natural and holistic remedies for all types of maladies these days that it is difficult to weed through all the bad or mis-information strewn across the web.

This series of articles, “Natural Holistic Remedies” will address only the ‘known to work’ remedies and natural therapies, either through personal experience or gathered from trusted sources. I’ve been studying these types of holistic cures and aids for over over 15 years and have discovered many new concepts as well as debunking some older (and some newer ones too). See the first article in the series Natural Holistic Remedies for Shingles here.

More and more these days, plants are finding a medicinal purpose in our lives, people like natural cures rather than subjecting themselves to harsh man-made chemicals and pills, also keep in mind that around 30% of the ingredients that are added in conventional medicine are extracted from natural resources like plants and herbs. Holistic remedies are becoming more commonplace in the medical field and even many scientists after years of testing are concluding that alternative medicine is making headway as a tool in the “every-man’s preventative medicine chest”.

Anxiety, stress and depression are almost at record levels in our country, who knows if it’s because of the economy, the stressful atmospheres and workplaces we subject ourselves to, or even home-life? Most people don’t think about it, but our diets, especially an excess of sugar, sugar substitutes, coffee, alcohol and/or junk foods can add to imbalances in our mental and physical states of being. No matter the cause, there is hope…and without resorting to dangerous synthetic drugs. Anxiety, stress and depression can have real life consequences and devastating effects on our spirits, minds and bodies that affect not only the entire scope of our lives, but those around us as well.

Natural Holistic Remedies for Anxiety, Stress & Depression:

Natural Holistic Remedy for Anxiety, Stress & Depression – Essential Oils:
Aromatherapy is becoming an ever-increasing part of more and more people’s lives, and it’s no wonder, the miracles of essential oils are truly part of “God’s gifts for us” here on Earth. Those little drops of miracles pack more punch in one drop than any other form of natural medicine. If you’ve never used essential oils before, read a primer I wrote on essential oils, what they are and the difference between therapeutic grade and most “on the market” essential oils called Many Helpful Suggestions on Uses of Essential Oils before delving into this article, it will save you lots of questions. To see how essential oils can help with depression and anxiety see: Can Essential Oils Help with Depression & Anxiety? Using Aromatherapy as a Mood Regulator.

Natural Holistic Remedy for Anxiety, Stress & Depression -Omega-3 fatty acids-
Many doctors – whether Holistic, Alternative, Eastern or Western types- recommend adding Omega-3 fatty acids to our diets…whether through supplements or part of a healthy diet consisting of fatty fish 2-to-3 times per week. Omega-3 Fatty acids are helpful for aiding depression, and many times are used as treatment for ADD-ADHD Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Arthritis, and many other maladies as well.

Natural Holistic Remedy for Anxiety, Stress & Depression -Exercise!
There’s nothing like the euphoric feeling of natural endorphins coursing through your system after physical exertion and exercise, they don’t call it “runner’s high” for nothing. And you don’t even have to run to get that “runner’s high” either…any form of physical exertion that gets your heart pumping will work wonders for your over-all morale, and a regular exercise program can even permanently change your state of mind, body and spirit. See my article “Feel Great, Lose Weight and Boost Metabolism” for more info.

Natural Holistic Remedy for Anxiety, Stress & Depression – Herbal Supplements-
There are an abundance of resources on herbal remedies and supplements for anxiety and depression, and most I’ve seen are pretty good. Some herbs I know of off-hand that work well for stress, depression and anxiety include; St. John’s Wort, Ginseng, and Lemon balm to name a few. An A/C contributor, Patti Stafford wrote a great article on Herbs for Depression I definitely recommend.

Natural Holistic Remedy for Anxiety, Stress & Depression – Diet & Nutrition-
As stated above, most of us don’t think about our diet’s much, just when we’re hungry, and what we eat can have a large impact on not only our physical bodies and minds, but our mental states and spiritual states as well. Sugar, sugar substitutes, coffee, alcohol and/or junk foods are the first things we should cut out or at least try to cut back on to bring our “spirit’s up”. These tend to give us a false sense of well-being for very short time periods and we end up crashing…you know the drill… “gotta’ have that coffee in the morning to get me going”…isn’t going to really work after a couple hours. Wouldn’t you rather have sustained energy and a good feeling about what you’re putting into your bodies? Try eating lots of nuts, beans and vegetables high in magnesium, especially leafy green vegetables and avoid spicy foods. A wonderful website I found on treating anxiety and depression with nutrition and diet is at; Diet Treatment for Anxiety and Depressionhttp://www.ctds.info/anxiety_depression.html, also a great book is; Nutrition Against Disease by Dr. Roger J. Williams.

Our bodies house our spirit’s and we should all treat our bodies with more respect, we would feel better inside and out. This is dealing with our problems ‘holistically” -including the “whole body” – mind, body and spirit- together, by using natural remedies and holistic aids, we are honoring our “whole-selves”. And never give up hope, you are definitely NOT alone, many, many people deal with this everyday, and a wide variety of websites, info. and help is out there.

What Are Mental Health Jobs???

What are Mental Health Jobs?

Now that you’ve finished your medical degree, it’s time to find a job. In hospitals or medical facilities, nothing can be more difficult and demanding as mental health jobs. That is why we often see a great demand of these jobs when we make job searches in the internet or in advertisements. Also, the increase in mental patients in most facilities and institutions contribute to the increase in demand for these jobs.

Contrary to what most people think, there are many aspects of mental health. In the field of psychology alone, there are other areas of specialization such as neuropsychology, geropsychology and health psychology. There is also what we call school psychologists. These are the counselors in most schools and universities. Another kind is called developmental psychology, which focuses on a man’s psychological development through life. There is also what you call industrial psychology, which focuses on the mechanics of employees in the workplace.

Mental health nurses are those who have graduated the regular nursing course. During the course training, they need to specialize in mental health in order to qualify as mental health nurses.

Doctors who specialize in mental health are commonly called psychiatrists. Each state would impose qualifications before one can practice. For most countries, they are those who graduated the regular physician’s course, and a few years of specialization in psychiatry. There is also a field called psychotherapy, which deals more on counseling and therapy instead of the clinical aspect of treatment.

Mental health jobs can also be found in medical schools where mental health courses are offered.

Aside from those mentioned, there are other jobs in the mental health field. Some of them are medical or hospital social workers, psychiatric technicians and other hospital personnel. Some mental health centers hire other hospital personnel such as dieticians, physical therapists, pharmacists, dentists, laboratory staff, radiologists, speech pathologists, optometrists, and many others.

As for the pay, the salary range for these jobs is quite wide. Depending on a person’s education and experience, one can earn twice as much as those who work in the same position. And like jobs in other industries, companies prefer applicants who are better qualified and trained. This can be seen in their educational background and previous job experiences.

Aside from the skills necessary to carry out their jobs, an unwritten qualification is added, and that is, their ability to care for the patients and listen to their needs. Mental health patients have extra needs than ordinary medical patients. That is why there is a need for mental health workers to be more patient and understanding than workers in other medical fields.

Health care industries shall continue to expand in the coming years. This means that more mental health jobs shall be available. If you want a job in the mental health field, it is easy to find one. You just have to know where to find them. Make a search for jobs wanted within your area. You can visit the website of the medical facility or company that you wish to work in to see their job opportunities. Or you may register in a job support website. These websites not only provide you with a list of the jobs available, they also provide articles on career advice, industry news and articles, and tips on job hunting and interview.

What is Mental Health

Key Concepts in Mental Health

Definition

Mental health is defined as a state or condition on which an individual feels a sense of well-being. This gives him or her the capacity to live life in fulfillment of what he or she wants to achieve in accordance to the available resources. This condition also provides an individual the capacity to be resilient to the stresses he meets and to respond to these challenges without having to compromise his well- being. This also makes him productive and fruitful for himself and his community.

Mental wellness could also be defined as the lack of mental problems or disorders. People who do not present diagnosable behaviors that could qualify as a mental disorder are seen as mentally healthy. For example, someone who has an obsession on things may not necessarily have a mental disorder like obsession. Thus he is said to have mental wellness. But when this obsession is combined with unrelenting compulsion to do the object of obsession, the person may already be diagnosed with a mental disorder called Obsessive-compulsive Disorder or OCD.

It could also be seen as a positive element in an individual’s personality which makes it possible to enhance mental wellness regardless of a diagnosable mental disorder. This definition covers a person’s capacity to “live life to the fullest”, to respond well to his environment through the conscious or unconscious use of coping mechanisms and to be able to balance emotional as well as psychological well-being in relation to constant flow of experiences.

Mental Health Across Culture

The World Health Organization believes that there is no single definition for mental health due to differences in culture. What could be mentally healthy (or acceptable behavior) in one culture may present something too eccentric in another. For example, cannibalistic behavior in some tribes living in remote areas is highly regarded as a religious practice however, in the majority of urbanized world this could be seen as barbaric or insane.

Disruption in Mental Health

Abnormalities in mental health could lead to a number of problems with various representations. Some people with mental illnesses have aggressive behaviors while others are withdrawn and lack social interest. Each type of disorder has its own signs and symptoms therefore; diagnosis as well as treatment vary depending on the nature of the mental heath problem.

There are several factors that disrupt mental health including: environment or upbringing, biological make-up of a person, pre-programmed instructions in the genes, medical disorders, traumatic experiences such as loss and abuse and substance abuse. While one factor could be dominant than the other, all of these are contributors to the development of the majority of mental health disorders. In some cases, a single factor may be sufficient to trigger the disorder but the majority of disorders require an accumulation of experience that constantly challenge the well-being of a person.

What preserves mental health?

The preservation of mental health is highly dependent on the capacity of the person to a) blend in his environment and handle its stresses, b) achieve a good internal balance in his personality that is sufficient to give a stable character and c) create a good perspective that would limit the damages of negative experiences. For some people a good support system such as a sympathetic family or a strong social group may work well to safeguard mental health.

Benefits of Using a Holistic Health Practitioner

There are certainly great benefits to using Holistic Health Practitioners along with the conventional medicine. An HHP will see a person as a whole: physically, mentally and spiritually. We see each person as a unique individual, and we treat you that way! We see you as more important than the particular illness or disease you may be experiencing.

Our quality of care is enhanced, because we spend more time with you than just the regular 10 to 15 minutes that a conventional doctor may have for you. We help make recommendations that will assist in changing lifestyle and behavioral patterns, and we help you change destructive habits.

We listen and probe. We investigate the root cause of your health problems. This is why we ask you questions about your job, family health background, your spiritual and emotional background, your current diet, habits, and past health problems.

Our alternative methods are cost-effective and involve less risk than conventional medicines which may have more negative side effects. We recommend different alternatives to a health problem instead of just one approach. We develop a relationship with our clients, so we know them more deeply than a conventional health practitioner would. We also empower our clients to take more responsibility for their lifestyle choices. This will help the clients to prevent the development of future health concerns and illnesses. We help our clients identify what areas in their lives are causing the problems, and we help to bring harmony in the client’s life so that they may make life changes and enjoy a longer, healthy life.

I’m a Holistic Health Practitioner, herbalist, and reiki Master. I enjoy what I do and I’m always available to help!

The Stigma Of A Mental Health Diagnosis

An individual diagnosed with a mental health condition, no matter how minor in severity, faces an uphill battle against the ignorance of society. The failure of the masses to consider mental illnesses as treatable conditions in otherwise “normal” people brands mental health patients as disturbed and emotionally unbalanced, as broken people who cannot be restored to any level of appropriate function. The stigma leaves the mental health patient feeling less than human, isolated, and filled with self-doubt as to their place in society.

The media plays a large role in promoting the image of an average mental health patient as a danger to society, from horror movies to network news stories, the depiction of mental health patients is usually that of a violent psychopath. The subtle nuances of mental illness that affects millions of citizens is rarely raised in discussion, only the extraordinarily violent episodes of homicidal rage that result in tragedy are exposed. These incidents cast a negative light on all individuals seeking mental health treatment as possible perpetrators of violent crime, and society views people with mental health issues as somewhat less than human.

Upon exposure as being a mental health patient, an individual immediately loses credibility and stature in any number of areas. Professionally, peers approach a mental health patient with caution and tend to keep them at arms length. The position of a mental health patient within a professional community will usually digress to one of a lesser stature, mainly because of the perceived inbalance in general of all mental health patients. Socially, acquaintances may either be condescending or avoid a mental health patient in totality, because of ignorance or discomfort in communicating with a mental health patient.

The legal system, including Courts and Police agencies, tend to view individuals with mental health issues as unreliable complaintants, and concerns of mental health patients seem of less importance in receiving due process. In the area of health care, physical complaints of mental health patients are first viewed as possible psychiatric issues rather than actual physical illnesses, and treatment may be delayed or dismissed.

For these reasons and many others, mental health patients would be wise to keep their conditions and treatments personal, sharing them only when absolutely necessary. The stigma of a mental health diagnosis can only gain a negative momentum with mass exposure, and until society views mental health concerns from a vantage point of enlightenment a patient is best served keeping the information personal.

Hair Loss Products for Women – Hair Loss Tips

There are several causes of hair loss in women like vitamin deficiencies, crash diets, malnutrition, hormonal disorders, strong medications, stresses, and hereditary or genetics. The accumulation of DHT in the scalp damages the hair follicles by causing them to miniaturize (shrink), in turn, causing alopecia.

There are several causes of hair loss in women like vitamin deficiencies, crash diets, malnutrition, hormonal disorders, strong medications, stresses, and hereditary or genetics. Hair loss products for women often come in topical solutions or serums like the minoxidil 2 percent concentration. The prevalent cause of hair loss in women is androgenic alopecia or better known as female pattern hair loss which makes the hormone dihydrotestosterone the main culprit of this distressing condition.

Female pattern hair loss is commonly experienced by older women aged 50 to 60. This type of hair loss tends to display a distinctive pattern on women’s head, particularly on the crown area as a general diffuse hair thinning.  Overtime, the scalp is gradually denuded because of the hairs on top of the head are affected by the damaging effects of the hormone dihydrotestosterone or DHT which causes it to gradually thin. DHT is a derivative or by product of the male hormone testosterone which converts into a much potent hormone (DHT) with the aid of the 5 alpha reductase enzyme.

In clinical studies DHT has been the main culprit of hair loss in women for the past years and scientists have fabricated effective hair loss products for women that basically contain DHT inhibitors.  The 2 percent minoxidil topical concentration is especially intended for women’s use. It acts as a dihydrotestosterone or DHT blocker in the scalp, which effectively suppresses the DHT build up and can as well stimulate hair regrowth. This is applied twice daily, once in the morning and in the evening before you go to bed. Inevitably, treatments as such can provide you with side effects; common side effects include scalp itching, swelling and redness of the site and if this treatment used improperly it can provide you with an increased heartbeat, nausea, constant vomiting, chest pains, swelling of the hands and feet.

The finasteride drug (Propecia) on the other hand is strongly contraindicated in women, most especially for those who plan to get pregnant as finasteride drugs can certainly cause teratogenic effects of a fetus. The best and safest way in stopping androgenic alopecia in women is by acquiring products that boost with natural and organic ingredients. Herbal remedies are now being currently provided proficient hair care experts in the treatment of women’s hair loss. And herbal ingredient that is globally known to fairly and efficiently target DHT in the scalp is the saw palmetto extracts. This active ingredient is seen in numerous hair loss products for women and men. This not just stops DHT production but stimulate hair regrowth too in the affected areas of the scalp.

hair loss treatment
Leimo is one of those treatments for androgenic alopecia in women that utilizes saw palmetto extracts as their leading ingredient. Leimo is a combination of nature and science as the brand is famous for its organic ingredient which is the saw palmetto extracts and their personal hair laser device that is globally known as the best laser hair therapy. The topical solutions that Leimo provides are perfect for people who endure mild to moderate androgenic alopecia. The laser device works best in conjunction with their hair thinning solutions that specifically halt the DHT formation in the scalp while the laser device provides low level laser therapy which aids in stimulating hair regrowth by increasing blood circulation, making the hair follicles healthy and capable of producing more thick hair.

Natural Remedies-Holistic Remedies-Lymphatic Drainage Essences

In my earlier videos I talked about how our sick house caused my husband’s death from cancer and my former neurological problems. In this Article #15, the question is: Can You Tell Me How to Make my Own Cleansing, Energizing and Healing Essences?
I have developed a number of cleansing, detoxifying, energizing and drainage essences myself. They can be used with or instead of homeopathics. I currently use primarily my own essences. I have developed a way where you can make these essences yourself, easily and forever, which also means cheaply.
I electronically transfer the energies/frequencies of these different proprietary essences into four-inch gem coasters. This permanently imprints each specific essence formula into the coaster. I call them ENERDISCS for Energized Discs. You then change water into essences by simply placing a dropper or spray bottle of water on the coaster for about 10 minutes. It can then be removed from the coaster, until it’s time to make more.
There are currently six different essence formulas. The first one is the Enercleanse Essence. It is generally the most important to use initially, because of its lymph drainage and blood cleansing capabilities which opens up the channels of elimination.
The Geopathic/Emf Drainage Essence is the next in importance because of all the radiation toxicity we have been exposed to all of our lives. Once we use an Energem in our home to neutralize the geopathic and electromagnetic stresses, our body immediately begins to release all of the years, if not decades, of radiation and other related toxicity it has stored. This essence shortens the detox time and makes it much easier on the body.

The Scavenger Release to assist the release of the scavenger toxins and the Enertox Essence to assist the release of the core toxins are the next in importance.
The other two Enerdisc formulas are the Energizer Essence to assist in energizing the body and the Sun Energizer Essence, which duplicates the sun’s beneficial energies.
I have found all of these essences to be much more powerful and easier on the body than most other substances I have used.
In my next article, you will learn how to know if the Energem in your home is working and neutralizing the geopathic and electromagnetic stresses.
